Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong construction background and experience in both rough and finish carpentry. This role involves a variety of construction tasks, including demolition, framing, trim work, and installation of doors and cabinetry.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform demolition and site preparation
• Complete framing and finish carpentry work
• Install doors, trim, cabinetry, and other interior components
• Read and interpret blueprints to execute projects accurately
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
• Follow and prioritize job site safety procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Take initiative and contribute to maintaining project timelines (critical path)
• Problem-solve and offer creative, practical solutions on-site

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience preferred
• Skilled in framing and finish carpentry
• Ability to read and implement work based on blueprints
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong understanding of job site safety and safe work practices
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive, professional attitude with strong communication skills
• Solution-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
