Carpenter

The Carpenter is responsible for executing high-quality joinery work, including cutting, assembling, and fitting wood components for furniture and interior projects. While primarily a hands-on role, ensuring the quality and efficiency of work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials.
• Install doors, windows, cabinets, wardrobes, and furniture.
• Carry out repair and maintenance of wooden fixtures and fittings.
• Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and specifications.
• Ensure all work is completed as per project requirements and timelines.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machines safely.
• Inspect and replace damaged framework or structures.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and tools.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a carpenter (UAE experience preferred).
• Ability to read technical drawings and measurements.
• Knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials.
• Skilled in using carpentry tools and machinery.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in maintenance or fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of finishing works (polishing, varnishing, laminates).
