Job Title: Civil Foreman (Construction Industry)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman with a strong background in construction to supervise and manage on-site activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating workers, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining quality and safety standards on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site
• Manage and lead a team of workers, subcontractors, and laborers
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and project plans
• Monitor project progress and report updates to the Site Engineer/Project Manager
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment
• Maintain quality control and ensure work meets required standards
• Enforce health and safety regulations on site
• Resolve site-related issues and provide practical solutions
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders
• Maintain site discipline and productivity

Requirements:

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in construction projects (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of health and safety standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in villas, residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
