Intergrande Building Contracting was established in 2021 with the vision of becoming the premier construction service provider in the United Arab Emirates. Intergrande Real Estate Developments was established with the goal of executing projects that exemplify exceptional precision and meticulous attention to detail. We currently have several ongoing villa development projects in Nad Al Sheba Gardens Phase 1, in addition to villa’s and apartment buildings in Jebel Ali Hills, as well as labor accommodation in Al Warsan 2. Job Summary

A Carpenter Chargehand supervises and leads a team of carpenters on construction sites. They ensure carpentry work such as formwork, wood structures, doors, furniture, and finishing works are completed safely, correctly, and according to project drawings and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of carpenters and helpers.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor workers’ performance.
• Ensure work is completed on time and according to plans.
• Perform and oversee carpentry works such as formwork, wooden structures, partitions, doors, cabinets, and furniture installation.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and measurements.
• Ensure carpentry work follows project specifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
