Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Carpenter Foreman to supervise and manage carpentry works on-site. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, experience in finishing and fit-out works, and the ability to manage workers, materials, and daily site activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise carpentry team and daily site activities
• Allocate manpower and ensure work is completed on time
• Read and understand drawings and project requirements
• Ensure quality of carpentry works (shuttering, finishing, fit-out, wood works, etc.)
• Coordinate with Site Engineer / Project Manager for daily tasks
• Maintain tools, materials, and site safety compliance
• Report daily progress and manage site productivity
• Ensure proper installation as per standards and specifications

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years experience in carpentry (at least 2 years as Foreman)
• Strong knowledge of carpentry, finishing, and fit-out works
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate with engineers
• Experience handling manpower and site planning
• Good communication skills
• Must be physically fit and able to work under pressure
• Qatar experience preferred
