مطلوب فورمان خرسانات (Concrete Foreman)

المهام والمتطلبات:

خبرة قوية في قراءة الرسومات الإنشائية وتنفيذها بدقة.

خبرة عملية في تنفيذ أعمال الشدات الخشبية والمعدنية.

فهم كامل لرسومات حديد التسليح وأعمال الحدادة بالموقع.

الإشراف المباشر على فرق العمل وضمان جودة التنفيذ طبقاً للمخططات والمواصفات.

القدرة على متابعة الصب، وضبط المناسيب، واستلام الأعمال قبل وبعد الصب.

الالتزام بمعايير السلامة بالموقع.

يشترط:

ذكر عدد سنوات الخبرة في السيرة الذاتية.

توضيح المشاريع السابقة التي تم العمل بها (نوع المشروع – فيلا / مبنى / أبراج / مستودعات…).

ذكر الراتب المتوقع بوضوح.

يفضل من لديه خبرة سابقة داخل دولة قطر.

توفر شهادة فنية أو خبرة مثبتة في نفس المجال.

Required: Concrete Foreman

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Strong ability to read and interpret structural drawings accurately.

Proven experience in timber and steel formwork works.

Good understanding of reinforcement steel drawings and bar bending works.

Site supervision and workforce management.

Monitoring concrete casting activities and level control.

Ensuring work quality as per approved drawings and specifications.

Full awareness of site safety regulations.

Candidate must:

Clearly state years of experience in the CV.

List previous projects worked on (type of project: villas, buildings, towers, warehouses, etc.).

Mention expected salary.

Previous experience in Qatar is preferred.

Relevant technical certification is an advantage.
