Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman with 7+ years of experience in the GCC, specializing in residential building projects. The ideal candidate should have strong site supervision skills and the ability to manage manpower and daily construction activities efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Civil Foreman
• Strong experience in residential buildings (apartments, villas, housing projects)
• Good knowledge of civil and finishing works
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings
• Experience supervising manpower, subcontractors, and daily site activities
• Good communication and coordination skills

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily civil works on site
• Ensure works are executed according to drawings and specifications
• Manage manpower and subcontractors efficiently
• Monitor quality, safety, and productivity
• Coordinate with Site Engineer and Project Team
• Report daily progress and site issues

Preferred:

• GCC / Qatar project experience
• Immediate availability
