Requirements:

• 5–10 years construction experience
• Relevant certificates required
• Freelance candidates preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage carpentry teams on site
• Read and interpret drawings and measurements
• Oversee formwork, shuttering, and finishing works
• Ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance
• Coordinate materials and report progress to Site Engineer
