Carpentry Foreman

This role combines hands-on carpentry work with leadership, planning, and coordination responsibilities.

• Supervise and lead carpentry crews on commercial job sites
• Plan, assign, and coordinate daily tasks to meet project timelines
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Ensure all work meets building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Perform skilled carpentry work as needed (framing, finishing, fabrication, etc.)
• Monitor materials, tools, and equipment; request supplies as needed
• Identify and resolve job site issues and construction challenges
• Track progress and report status to management
• Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (trade school or apprenticeship preferred)
• Carpentry experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of carpentry methods, materials, and tools
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
• Leadership and team-building skills
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
