Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Foreman (Joinery) to manage and supervise joinery works for our interior design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, site supervision skills, and hands-on experience in joinery works related to luxury interiors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all joinery works at site, including furniture, cabinetry, doors, panels, and custom wood works
  • Read and interpret shop drawings, drawings, and specifications accurately
  • Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines
  • Coordinate with project managers, designers, site engineers, and subcontractors
  • Manage carpenters and joinery workers, assign tasks, and monitor productivity
  • Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment to minimize wastage
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure high finishing standards
  • Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Report daily site progress and issues to the Project Manager
  • Coordinate with factory/workshop for joinery production and site installation

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Foreman in joinery works within the interior design / fit-out industry
  • Strong knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, and installation techniques
  • Experience working on residential, commercial, and luxury interior projects
  • Ability to manage manpower and meet tight deadlines
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple sites if required
  • UAE experience is mandatory
  • Knowledge of health & safety standards is an added advantage

  • Ability to coordinate between workshop and site teams
  • Time management and organizational skills
