Job Title: Foreman – InsulationJob Summary

The Foreman – Insulation is responsible for supervising and coordinating insulation works on site, ensuring activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and schedules. The role involves leading insulation crews, monitoring productivity, and liaising with site engineers and management to achieve timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily insulation activities across assigned work areas
• Allocate manpower, tools, and materials to meet project schedules and targets
• Ensure insulation works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
• Monitor workmanship and enforce quality control standards
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with HSE rules and procedures
• Identify and resolve site issues related to insulation installation
• Inspect completed work and coordinate with QA/QC for inspections and approvals
• Maintain daily progress reports, manpower records, and material usage logs
• Coordinate with other trades, supervisors, and site engineers to avoid conflicts
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and installation of insulation materials
• Support planning activities and assist in achieving project milestones

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in insulation works, with 2–3 years in a foreman or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of hot, cold, acoustic, and fire insulation systems
• Experience in industrial, oil & gas, power plant, or large construction projects preferred
• Ability to read and understand drawings and technical specifications
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of HSE practices and safe work methods
• Basic reporting and documentation skills
• Trade certification or diploma is an advantage
