Carpenter Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Carpenter Foreman to supervise and lead carpentry teams on construction sites. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in formwork, finishing, and structural carpentry, along with proven leadership abilities to manage manpower, materials, and site activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of carpenters, and helpers.
• Plan daily work activities and allocate tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Oversee formwork, shuttering, partitions, doors, cabinets, and all carpentry works.
• Ensure all work is completed according to project standards and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other trades.
• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.
• Monitor material usage and request required materials in advance.
• Maintain site discipline, productivity, and safety compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in carpentry, including 3–5 years as a Foreman.
• Strong knowledge of formwork, shuttering, finishing carpentry, and joinery.
• Ability to read drawings and execute work with precision.
• Good leadership, communication, and team‑management skills.
• UAE experience preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
