We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Carpenter Foreman to lead our construction teams on diverse projects. As a key leader on-site, you will oversee daily operations, supervise skilled carpenters and subcontractors, and ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in construction management and blueprint interpretation will drive project success from start to finish. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise carpentry crews and subcontractors on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate daily work activities, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines.
• Enforce OSHA safety regulations and conduct regular safety meetings to maintain a safe working environment.
• Supervise the inspection of work progress through site visits, ensuring compliance with schematics and technical specifications.

Experience

• Proven management experience in heavy construction or commercial building projects with supervising teams of carpenters or tradespeople.
• Extensive construction site experience with a strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating.
• Knowledge of contracts administration and project scheduling techniques to keep projects on track.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and best practices for maintaining a safe job site.
• Hands-on experience with quality control procedures and implementing construction best practices.
