Tidal Build LLC is a growing design-build firm based in Mystic, CT, known for delivering architecturally distinctive residential and commercial projects throughout coastal New England. We are currently seeking experienced Carpenters to join our team of builders who take pride in their work and value craftsmanship, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.

Position: Carpenter (Full-Time)

Location: Job sites throughout Southeastern CT and Rhode Island

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on carpentry experience (framing, finish, or both)
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and construction documents
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods and building codes
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• A collaborative attitude — we’re team-oriented and detail-driven
• Punctuality, professionalism, and a commitment to clean, safe job sites

Required Tools & Equipment:

• Basic hand tools (hammer, tape measure, utility knife, levels, chalk line, etc.)
• Cordless drill/driver set
• Circular saw and/or miter saw
• Tool bags and PPE (safety glasses, hard hat, work boots, etc.)
• Smartphone (for communication, time tracking, and access to plans)
• Reliable truck or van capable of transporting tools and materials

Preferred but Not Required:

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
• Familiarity with high-end residential construction and renovation
• Experience working directly with architects and designers
