Carpenter/Laborer

Overview
We are looking to hire carpenters and laborers. Full time positions, wide range of jobs. From new construction custom homes, remodels, ADUs and all general construction. The entire scope will range depending on the project. Opportunity to try all new things in a skilled environment with a good crew. We currently have 10 employees and are looking to add 2 more. A qualified applicant is something with a strong work ethic, desire to learn, and ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Perform Labor work such as; Demo, Trenching, Dirt Work, and Misc Labor Items.

- Perform Carpentry work such as; Framing, Siding, Window and Door Installations, Waterproofing, Decks and Fences, Trim and Finish Carpentry.-

- Perform Additional Trade work such as; Roofing, Flooring, Drywall, and Paint.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery effectively and safely.
- Assist with construction site preparation and cleanup
- Conduct masonry/concrete work when required.
- Work on various projects in a variety of different scopes.
- Execute tasks related to maintenance services.

Experience
- Previous experience in carpentry or construction-related roles is preferred
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools
- Ability to perform tasks in an safe and efficient manner.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
