Job Overview
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Carpenters to join our dynamic construction team. Duties

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute carpentry tasks.
• Construct, install, repair, and maintain structures such as framing, siding, roofing, drywall, and flooring using hand tools and power tools.
• Perform trim carpentry including door hanging, fixture installation, cabinetry, and finishing touches that enhance project aesthetics.
• Engage in concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, and metal stud framing to support structural integrity.
• Assist with restoration projects involving water damage remediation, mold remediation, plastering, stucco application, and general renovation efforts.
• Measure materials accurately and cut with precision using woodworking tools; fabricate custom components as needed.
• Collaborate with team members on site safety protocols; handle heavy lifting and perform demolition or removal tasks safely.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction site environments with a strong background in carpentry disciplines such as frame carpentry, trim carpentry, roofing, and siding.
• Proficiency with hand tools (hammers, saws, chisels), power tools (drills, saws), CNC machinery (if applicable), and schematics reading for accurate project execution.
• Knowledge of construction estimating processes and blueprint interpretation to ensure project specifications are met efficiently.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces as required by project scope.
• Familiarity with plumbing, electrical experience, tile laying, flooring installation, drywall finishing, and fixture installation is preferred.
• Strong understanding of safety standards including OSHA regulations; commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
