Alkaffary Group is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Carpet Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will create innovative, visually captivating designs that align with our brand’s commitment to luxury and quality. This role bridges the gap between artistic creativity and technical production, ensuring every pattern is both beautiful and manufacturable.

• • Design original and contemporary carpet patterns using industry-standard software, with a primary focus on NedGraphics Texcelle.
  • Develop detailed technical specifications, including color palettes (yarn mapping), weaving densities, and production-ready files.
  • Research global interior design trends to inspire fresh concepts that resonate with the Middle Eastern luxury market.
  • Collaborate closely with production and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Revise designs based on feedback from clients, marketing, and technical departments to ensure market fit.
  • Maintain a structured digital archive of designs, technical sheets, and physical samples.
