We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Carpet Designer with strong textile designing experience to develop innovative carpet and rug designs. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of textile patterns, color combinations, yarns, and weaving techniques, and be able to translate concepts into production-ready designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design original carpet and rug patterns aligned with market trends and client requirements
• Develop designs using textile design principles including texture, color theory, and pattern development
• Prepare design layouts, colorways, and technical specifications for production
• Coordinate with production, sampling, and merchandising teams to ensure accurate execution of designs
• Research global trends, materials, and techniques in carpets and textile design
• Modify and customize designs based on buyer feedback and production feasibility
• Maintain an organized library of designs, samples, and color references
• Ensure designs meet quality, cost, and timeline requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s / Diploma in Textile Design, Carpet Design, or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in carpet designing or textile design
• Strong knowledge of carpet weaving techniques, yarns, textures, and finishes
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD, or Ned Graphics
• Excellent color sense and pattern visualization skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Good communication and coordination skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
