Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Carrier Sales Representative with a strong background in USA freight brokerage and carrier sourcing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building carrier relationships, negotiating rates, and securing capacity for freight loads.

This is a performance-driven role requiring strong communication, cold calling confidence, and sales expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and onboard USA-based carriers
• Negotiate freight rates with trucking companies
• Perform cold calling to build carrier networks
• Secure capacity for available loads
• Maintain carrier relationships and daily follow-ups
• Ensure timely communication and load coverage

Required Qualifications

• Mid to Senior-level experience in USA Freight Brokerage or Carrier Sales
• Fluent English verbal and written communication
• Proven experience in cold calling or carrier sales
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work in a structured, professional office environment
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
