Case Management Intern (RSSI)

This position has already been filled via Rutgers Summer Service Internship Program. The applicant has already interviewed and been directly referred by Rutgers.

• 
  Adding to existing case management resources known to the agency by working with clinical staff and conducting research on resources local to each location.

• Scheduling meeting with clients to assist them with identifying needs related to biopsychosocial wellness. Communicating with clinical staff any relevant updates.

• Assisting clients with completing applications or phone calls and making referrals to specific entities (higher level of care, housing, food needs, medical care).

• Receiving referrals from counselors

• Assisting clients with tasks (such as scheduling phone calls for appointments, resume building, locating jobs) on an as-needed basis
