Case Manager 1

Families Free currently has an open position for a Case Manager to work with families in Northeast Tennessee to help them rebuild healthy lifestyles. This includes support in obtaining housing /employment/physical and mental health care/basic living needs/childcare/ and support navigating juvenile and adult court systems. Candidate may also be ask to facilitate groups.

Families Free is seeking team members that believe in transformation and want to
join with us as we walk alongside our clients and their families as they recover from addiction and make a better life for themselves and their children.

A High School Diploma or GED at minimum is required. Candidate's hours must be flexible. Self-motivation and good time management are required. Candidate must be able to pass a background check, possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record including an F endorsement, and have a reliable vehicle to transport individuals and their families when company vehicles are not available.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
