Case Manager

We are looking for an experienced case manager but also willing to train the right candidate. Our case managers are required to stay in constant contact with our clients. Responsible for intaking all client information and inputting information into our client management system. Reviewing policies, claims, and other records to determine insurance coverages. Monitoring clients’ medical treatment status and following up for any. Bi-weekly audit of cases and communicating with pre-litigation. Also required to draft correspondence, notices, and demand letters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
