Bilingual Case Manager – Personal Injury (Pre-Litigation)
Are you a detail-obsessed case manager who thrives on guiding injured clients through complex claims while keeping every file on track and every client informed?
We’re seeking an experienced Bilingual Case Manager / Legal Assistant to manage a portfolio of Texas personal injury cases from intake through settlement. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who takes pride in precision, empathy, and accountability — not just checking boxes but helping real people move forward after serious accidents.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a full caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters, ensuring each case progresses smoothly from intake through resolution.
- Open and manage insurance claims (third-party, first-party, UM/UIM, PIP, health, and Medicare).
- Draft and proof key correspondence, including letters of representation, settlement demands, and client updates.
- Coordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and repair facilities to obtain records and resolve property damage issues.
- Track case milestones, manage deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation using case management software (Filevine or similar).
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing consistent updates and compassionate guidance.
- Support attorneys in preparing settlement packets, exhibits, and case summaries.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in Texas personal injury case management (pre-litigation required).
- Strong understanding of insurance coverages, liability, and medical treatment processes.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish — essential for client communication.
- Exceptional organization, written communication, and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe; Filevine or ProDoc experience preferred.
- A proactive, trustworthy professional who can work independently and deliver with minimal supervision.
Why Join This Team
- Impact: Every day you’ll make a direct difference for clients during one of the most stressful times in their lives.
- Culture: A close-knit, client-first team that values integrity, empathy, and precision.
- No drama, no micromanagement — just accountability and pride in doing great work.
- Growth: The firm is expanding, offering long-term opportunities for professional development.
- Compensation: Competitive hourly pay of $18–$24/hr (depending on experience), with overtime paid at time-and-a-half.
- Benefits: 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days, 13 paid holidays, and increasing PTO with tenure.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, on-site in San Antonio, TX.
Who Thrives Here
- You’re the kind of person who feels a genuine responsibility for your cases. You like things done right and on time.
- You take pride in helping people — and you’re disciplined enough to stay focused when no one’s watching.
- You don’t just want a job; you want a team that trusts you to perform at a high level and values what you bring.
If you’re ready to join a team that rewards initiative, integrity, and excellence — we’d love to meet you.
