About the Role:


As an IBHS Case Manager, you'll serve as the vital link between our office team, clinical staff, and the clients and families we support. Working within established regulatory and company guidelines, you'll coordinate the day-to-day administrative and care planning functions that keep our Intensive Behavioral Health Services running smoothly. This position reports to the Staffing Manager.


Role Focus and Responsibilities:

Care Coordination & Client Relations

  • Match clinical staff to learners in need of services, lead service planning processes for each client
  • Communicate with clients and families to explain services, gather ROI signatures, and ensure they have accurate, complete information throughout the process
  • Maintain consistent communication with families to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction with clinicians and case management services
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to coordinate and communicate care effectively


Scheduling & Staff Management

  • Schedule and assign Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs), Behavior Consultants (BCs), and Mobile Therapists (MTs) to maximize service coverage in alignment with client needs
  • Monitor productivity and authorization utilization, providing assistance to remove service barriers as needed with staff and family.


Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate client records, including case notes, service provision, coordination of care, discharge planning, and authorization/reauthorization dates
  • Provide clinical staff with complete and accurate initial case information
  • Assist with information gathering for compliance reviews and audits


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Pay: $20.00/hour + bonus pay eligibility
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM (40 hrs/week)

Position Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required (preferred bachelor's degree in a related field)
  • 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in human services
  • Experience supporting individuals with disabilities, mental illness, or challenging behaviors strongly preferred
  • Valid Driver's License required
