About Us:
StandUp for Kids is dedicated to ending the cycle of youth homelessness. We provide street outreach, emergency shelter, drop-in center services, rapid rehousing, and intensive case management to youth and young adults ages 18–24 experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate, experienced Case Manager to join our team. This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position with flexible scheduling, including evening coverage at our Drop-In Center (7–9 PM) and availability for after-hours intakes. Flexibility is key. This role requires experience working with youth experiencing homelessness or similar vulnerable populations. Hiring will occur on a 60-day trial period.

Responsibilities:

Conduct intake and assessments for youth experiencing or at risk of homelessness

Provide individualized case management, including housing support, life skills guidance, and referrals to community resources

Support youth in achieving education, employment, and independence goals

Maintain accurate documentation and data entry in HMIS

Engage in outreach, drop-in center activities, and after-hours support as needed

Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and community partners to meet youth needs

Qualifications:

Experience working with youth experiencing homelessness or other vulnerable populations required

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings

Commitment to a trauma-informed, youth-centered approach
