What You’ll Do

As a Case Manager at Fulton House, you won’t just manage cases — you’ll change lives.

You’ll work directly with individuals experiencing homelessness, helping them set goals, overcome barriers, and move toward stable, independent living. Every day looks a little different, but your impact is constant.

You will:

• Build real relationships with residents through a person-centered, trauma-informed approach
• Help individuals navigate housing, employment, health care, and life skills
• Advocate for residents with landlords, providers, and community partners
• Support individuals through challenges — including crisis situations — with empathy and professionalism
• Be a key player in helping people move from homelessness to stability

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Compassionate, patient, and able to connect with people from all walks of life
• Comfortable navigating complex situations with professionalism and care
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• A strong communicator and advocate

You’ll also need:

• A valid driver’s license
• Experience in human services or case management
• Basic computer skills
