Job Title: Case Manager

Department: Administration, Case Management Team

Location: Woodinville,WA

Reports To: Director of Special Education and Asst Director of Special Education

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000

Job Overview

The Case Manager is an integral part of the administrative team at Brock’s Academy. This role helps to ensure our students are successful, by supporting and oversees all aspects of student’s programs. The Case Manager also serves as the first point of contact for all course and IEP related documentation.

Additionally, the Case Manager attends IEP meetings, makes suggestions to the Ed Directors regarding goals and data collection, as well as student program concerns and recommendations. The Case Manager supports teachers and works collaboratively with the admin team to ensure each student has the best educational experience and opportunity for success as possible.

Responsibilities:

  • General program oversight for students on their caseload.

IEP and course data tracking oversite:

  • Monitor IEP and course, and student program data
  • Check in meetings with teachers and provide support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance for IEP and related deadlines
  • Work in conjunction with the admin team in organizing State Testing schedules for students
  • Work in conjunction with Program Specialist to ensure student High School & Beyond Plans are updated and communicated with the district

Teacher support:

  • Answer questions, support behavioral management strategies, access needs, reducing barriers, ongoing teacher coaching.
  • Maintain Student Files: documents (IEPs, BIPS, ESY, Enrollment Forms, Evaluations, Assessments, and other related student documents in their respective folders.
  • Ensure student folders have up-to-date IEPs/BIPs and Attend IEP meetings
  • Attend additional meetings with families, district representatives, teachers, admin Team, etc.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Encourage Teacher morale and effectiveness
  • Provide oversight of student programs, collaborating with Director of Special Education and Administration
  • Collaborate with student teams and teachers in new IEP goals
  • Onboard new teachers.
  • Other duties as assigned by Assistant Educational Director and Educational Director

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Arts in education or related field or equivalent amount of real-world/ previous experience
  • Experience in working with/teaching neurodiverse students
  • Special Education Certification, preferred but not required

In person in Woodinville with a flexible hybrid schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
