Lead Management Officer

We are seeking a Lead Management Officer to manage and optimize our sales leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion. This role is vital in driving business growth, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming leads from various channels and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Qualify leads and assign them to appropriate sales representatives.
  • Track and analyze lead conversion metrics to optimize processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in lead management, sales coordination, or CRM roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
