Lead Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all engineering disciplines for offshore projects from concept to execution.
• Review and integrate engineering deliverables ensuring compliance with project standards, codes, and client requirements.
• Interface with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, engineering schedules, deliverables, and technical risks.
• Provide technical leadership during design reviews, HAZOP, HAZID, constructability reviews, and technical meetings.
• Review technical documents, drawings, and design changes to ensure alignment with project scope.
• Support procurement activities including technical bid evaluations and vendor document reviews.
• Provide engineering support during fabrication, construction, installation, and commissioning phases.
• Ensure all engineering work meets safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 18+ years of experience in the oil & gas industry.
• Strong offshore project experience is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or relevant discipline).
• Solid background in multi‑discipline engineering coordination.
• Experience managing FEED, detailed design, and EPC project phases.
• Strong knowledge of offshore design standards and project execution workflows.
