Position Summary:

Donor Concierge is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the case management team. A Case Manager is responsible for helping Intended Parents find an egg donor, sperm donor, or surrogate. They assess the needs and preferences of the IPs and develop a customized plan based on their needs. Case managers will often refer IPs to professional services such as attorneys, mental health professionals, and clinics as needed. They maintain consistent communication with IPs and adjust their search plan as needed.

Donor Concierge is seeking to hire a full-time remote Case Manager to work remotely or on site based on location.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Understand the IPs’ fertility journey to develop a plan specific to their needs.
  • Search partner agencies’ donors and surrogates to find the one who best fits the IPs’ needs.
  • Listen to IPs’ feedback on donor or surrogate candidates to ensure that DC is best addressing their needs.
  • Liaise with clinics, agencies, and other industry professionals towards the IPs’ goals
  • Record clients’ progress in DC CRM system.
  • Follow up with previous clients to ensure they were satisfied with services.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

  • Strong academic background with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
  • Time management and organizational skills; ability to set priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; excellent listener; good writer
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Action oriented
  • Detail oriented; flexible
  • Polished and self-confident; calm; patient
  • Experience in field
  • Dependable
