Prior experience as a case manager in Assisted Living, Nursing Home or other residential settings preferred.</li><li>
Able to work compassionately with Seniors</li><li>
Good writing skills, able to document case notes</li><li>
Able to develop rapport with residents, families and those involved in the care of the resident</li><li>
Good communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Bachelors degree-preferred</li></ul>
