Ensure all services comply with applicable state and federal regulations.

Safeguard the rights of individuals served, prioritizing their well-being and dignity.

Maintain adherence to agency policies, practices, and program-specific requirements.

Promptly report any suspected abuse, neglect, or sexual assault as a mandated reporter.

Oversee safety procedures, including conducting regular safety meetings and drills.

Accurately complete and submit required documentation, such as transportation logs, attendance records, job coach notes, and incident reports.

Efficiently utilize agency resources, including time, space, materials, and staffing.

Foster positive, professional communication with individuals served, families, care providers, funding agencies, schools, staff, and community partners.

Provide scheduling, direction, and support to Community Living Instructors and administrative staff.

Ensure service delivery aligns with funding criteria and program design.

Support a collaborative and professional team environment.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience in human services or working with individuals with disabilities preferred.

Valid California drivers license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of required auto insurance.

Ability to pass DOJ and FBI fingerprint clearance.

Ability to complete First Aid and CPR training (training provided).

Basic computer and technology skills.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to maintain professionalism and work cooperatively in a team setting.

Physical ability to regularly sit, stand, bend, twist, walk, and occasionally lift or move up to 50 lbs.
$25.00 per hour. Schedule is 30+ hours per week, with flexibility required and availability on weekends. Typical schedules are TuesdaySaturday or SundayThursday.
