Reporting to their respective program supervisor, the Case Manager - MH serves as a case manager for assigned clients and performs related duties toward the objectives and goals of the division.
**This position is on the Comprehensive Community Services-Adult Team
Hours: Monday thru Friday with a typical work day hours of 8am-430pm, but must have flexibility to meet the needs of the department. Participation in the on-call rotation is required.
