Case Manager – DV Injury Law

About Us

DV Injury Law is a fast-growing personal injury law firm dedicated to providing compassionate, effective support to injured clients. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Case Manager to join our team and serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout their case.

Position Summary

The Case Manager plays a vital role in the success of each case by managing the administrative and logistical details from start to finish. This position requires strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and support throughout their case.
• Request, collect, and organize medical records, bills, and other required documentation.
• Maintain detailed and accurate case files using internal case management systems.
• Consistent follow up to ensure timely receipt of all documentation.
• Communicate with medical providers, insurance companies, and attorneys as needed.
• Prepare case materials and ensure all necessary documents are complete for demand packages and legal review.
• Assist attorneys with administrative tasks related to case development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in personal injury, legal support, medical administration, or case management preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency with computers and case management software (training provided).
• Professional, compassionate, and dependable.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday
• Standard hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• One day per week may be scheduled from 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
