Job Specifics:

We are hiring Full-Time Case Managers to support our U.S.-based healthcare operations. This is a fully remote position based in Türkiye, with one required monthly office visit to our Ankara–Kuzu location for essential paperwork and documentation procedures.

Working Hours:

Shift-based system (Türkiye Standard Time)*:

• 00:00 – 08:00
• 08:00 – 16:00
• 16:00 – 00:00

*Employees will be scheduled within these 8-hour rotating shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage caseloads and guide participants in achieving ISP goals
• Train and supervise Direct Support Staff
• Monitor care services and attend meetings (remote)
• Submit reports and documentation accurately and on time
• Maintain regulatory compliance, ethics, and participant privacy
• Offer support in crisis situations or during holidays
• Collaborate with internal teams across time zones

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Language Studies, Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field
• Fluent in English
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in case management or social services is a plus
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts
• Ability to visit the Ankara office once per month
