What You’ll Do

• Support adults, adolescents, children, and/or families through compassionate case management and treatment planning.
• Conduct psychosocial evaluations and help create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for individuals and families in need,
• Work closely with community partners and support systems to improve mental health outcomes.

· Help individuals and families build healthier futures through counseling, education, and prevention services.

What We’re Looking For

· Strong communication and people skills

· Experience in counseling, case management, or behavioral health preferred

· Compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals

· Ability to work with adults, adolescents, children, and/or families in a supportive role

· Crisis intervention experience is a plus

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in a behavioral health or related field required.

· Ability to provide compassionate support and case management services to adults, adolescents, children and/or families.

· Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills preferred.
