Job Title: Immigration Case Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Case Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive records of all case activities, decisions, and communications using immigration management systems. You will prepare reports and analyze data to identify trends and improve case processing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain comprehensive records of all case activities, decisions, and communications using immigration management systems.

Prepare detailed reports and analyze data to identify trends, aiming to enhance case processing efficiency.

Work closely with government agencies, legal counsel, and other stakeholders to facilitate timely and accurate case resolution.

Collaborate with management to share insights and best practices, fostering a supportive team environment.

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 1 year of experience in immigration case processing, with solid knowledge of complete application filing or submissions.

* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

* In-depth understanding of Immigration laws and regulations.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

* Proficiency in immigration management software and database systems is a plus.

* Immediate joiners preferred.
