Join Our Team: Case Manager – Personal Injury Department (Mid-Wilshire Area)
$25.00/hour and up, based on experience

The Accident Guys is expanding, and we’re currently hiring multiple Case Managers to join our growing Personal Injury team in the Mid-Wilshire area. Whether you’re experienced in personal injury or looking to break into the legal field, this is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, client-centered team.

While personal injury experience is preferred, it’s not required—we offer comprehensive training to ensure every team member is equipped to provide top-level service to our clients. We’re looking for individuals who are dependable, professional, highly organized, and genuinely want to help people.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and grammar skills
• A positive, proactive attitude
• Desire to help individuals injured in accidents
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to manage a high volume of cases

What You’ll Do

• Communicate regularly with clients and medical providers
• Schedule treatment appointments and coordinate vehicle repairs
• Manage over 100 active cases with efficiency and accuracy
• Deliver an exceptional client experience through each step of their case journey
• (Note: Our Case Managers do not prepare demands or collect medical records for demand preparation.)

Qualifications

• Comfortable speaking on the phone and communicating with empathy and professionalism
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
• Fast and accurate typing skills (50+ WPM)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required
• Looking for a long-term position with room for growth
• Must be able to work in-office and on Apple devices (we are a paperless, Mac-based firm)
