is the purpose of our Supported Parenting Program? The Supported
Parenting Program is a family support, home visitation program which
helps prepare, strengthen, and support at-risk families. Our program
promotes positive parenting and healthy interactions between parent and
child as they interact on a day-to-day basis. Our goal is to aid parents
in providing a safe, loving environment for their children to grow and
thrive. What will I do as a Family Support Case Manager? As a Family
Support Case Manager, you will provide in-home visiting services to
parent(s), first-time parent(s), and those with children at risk. You
will create an individualized plan to help parent(s) develop confidence
in caring for their children and building self-esteem. The Family
Support Case Manager provides education about child growth and
development as well as offers support and reinforcement for healthy
