We’re hiring a bilingual (English/Spanish) PI Case Manager who can run cases with urgency, empathy, and precision—while keeping files clean and the team ahead of deadlines.

What You’ll Do

You’ll manage PI files from intake through settlement, including:
Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish- and English-speaking clients
Set clients up for treatment, coordinate appointments, and track compliance/progress
Communicate with medical providers, lienholders, and insurance adjusters
Request, follow up on, and organize medical records/bills (and keep summaries current)
Maintain accurate case notes, timelines, and task tracking in our case management system (Filevine experience a plus!)
Support attorneys with demand package preparation and settlement readiness
Proactively flag issues early (treatment gaps, liability disputes, coverage problems, nonresponsive clients)

Must-Haves:

Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
Strong follow-up skills (you don’t “wait”—you close loops)
Clean communication: professional tone, confident phone presence, clear writing
Organized, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple active files

Preferred:

1+ year in PI case management, PI legal assistant work, or claims handling
Familiarity with common PI workflow: treatment coordination, liens, records/bills, demands, negotiations
Experience with CRM/case software (Filevine experience is a plus)

If you’re a recent legal assistant/paralegal graduate with strong Spanish, strong work ethic, and high attention to detail, we’re open to training you.
