Case Manager - Personal Injury Law Firm

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via phone, text, or email about their treatments
• Work closely with the attorneys to discuss the case strategy
• Work closely with legal assistants on scheduling appointments and collecting/reviewing medical records

Job Requirements

• At least three years of experience as a case manager at a personal injury law firm
• Must be able to handle both PD and BI
• Must be able to handle multiple cases (50-100) on an ongoing basis
• Must have strong computer skills - Word, PDF, Gmail, Excel, etc.
• Bilingual is a plus

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
