CASE MANAGERS

Thornton Heights Terrace, a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility, has a current job opportunities for experienced case managers interested in serving this special population. Our "one size does not fit all" philosophy insures that our 210 ambulatory adults with a history of mental illness receive Recovery oriented services best suited to their individual strengths and needs. The goal of our residential setting is to promote residents throughout their recovery and prepare them for transition to a less structured community living arrangement.

We are seeking case managers who are eager to:
Establish therapeutic relationships with residents
Perform and/or review clinical assessments
Coordinate, participate and lend clinical expertise to Interdisciplinary teams
Develop and implement Individualized Treatment Plans
Provide counseling and crisis intervention
Facilitate therapeutic programming
Author appropriate and timely documentation

Social Services staff are available 24/7, 7 days a week. We have an opening for for 7am-3:30pm Tuesday through Saturday and 3pm-11:30pm Tuesday through Saturday.
Requirements: You must have a bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or psychology OR a bachelor’s degree in any related field with two years of supervised experience in mental health that can be documented by a previous supervisor.
