About the Role

We are hiring a Case Operator to manage new client onboarding and case setup.

You will be the first point of contact for incoming clients, current clients, and responsible for ensuring all case information is properly documented, organized, and prepared for attorney review.

This is a high-responsibility role that directly impacts case flow and client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to new client referrals within 24 hours
• Send intake confirmation emails
• Send and track retainer agreements
• Create digital case folders
• Enter and maintain case data in structured systems
• Monitor pending responses and follow up
• Ensure all required documentation is complete
• Update case stages and statuses

Ideal Candidate

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and process-driven
• Comfortable with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, Lists)
• Able to manage high intake volume
• Professional, responsive, and detail-oriented
