Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Case Processing Officer to join our visa consultancy team in Lahore. The candidate will be responsible for handling visa applications, ensuring accurate documentation, and guiding clients throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

• Review and process student/visit/work visa applications
• Check and verify all documents for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with clients regarding missing or required documents
• Maintain proper records of all cases
• Coordinate with embassies and internal team

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s preferred
• Strong communication skills (English & Urdu)
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)
• Good attention to detail
• Experience in visa consultancy will be preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: PKR 35,000 – 65,000 (depending on experience)

Location: Office-based in Lahore
