Sales Liaison Officer

As a Sales Liaison Officer, you will serve as the primary point of contact between clients, external stakeholders, and our internal sales teams. Your role is crucial in streamlining communication, managing relationships, ensuring smooth transaction pipelines, and enhancing overall client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Act as the dedicated liaison for clients, answering queries, providing updates, and resolving issues promptly.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate closely with sales, customer service, and legal/documentation teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Lead Tracking & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipelines using the company CRM.

Meeting Coordination: Schedule and facilitate meetings between prospective buyers, investors, and the sales team or property experts.

Market & Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on Zameen’s project portfolio, market trends, and pricing to confidently assist clients.

Feedback Collection: Gather and report client feedback to help internal teams improve processes and service quality.

Requirements & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in customer coordination, sales support, relationship management, or a corporate liaison role.

Skills:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English and Urdu).

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM software.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
