1. Receiving judicial announcements electronically from all relevant regulatory units.
2. Receiving announcements from other emirates via email, saving and classifying them in preparation for distribution to employees.
3. Contacting lawyers' representatives and delivering assignments to law firms.
4. Receiving clients and visitors to the Judicial Announcement Department and responding to their inquiries.
5. Prepare correspondence and letters issued by the department to the relevant authorities and judicial authorities.
6. Document department meetings and follow up on the implementation of the decisions arising from them.
7. Coordinate with other organizational units regarding administrative matters related to the Judicial Announcement Department.
