Caseworker

Job Summary

Daily Dove Care is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Case Worker to manage client caseloads and ensure high-quality home care services. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring service delivery, maintaining compliance with care plans, and ensuring clients receive authorized services in a timely and safe manner.

The Case Worker will complete routine Plan of Care updates, verify service visits through electronic visit verification (EVV), and conduct wellness checks when necessary to ensure client safety. This position requires consistent communication with clients, direct care workers, and internal teams to resolve service gaps, provide training on policies, and maintain accurate documentation.

Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and committed to delivering compassionate care while maintaining compliance and operational standards.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)
  • Active vehicle insurance
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to travel locally for client visits and wellness checks
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle a caseload independently
  • Comfortable using mobile apps and documentation systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in home care, healthcare, or case management
  • Familiarity with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) systems (e.g., HHA Exchange)
  • Experience working with elderly or disabled populations
  • Knowledge of care planning and client service coordination
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
  • Experience with documentation, reporting, and compliance standards
  • Bilingual (preferred but not required)

Pay: $21.50 per hour
