PYXiS Software Group, a wholly owned portfolio of the Jonas Operating Group of Constellation Software (TSX: CSU), is seeking a highly motivated Cash Application Specialist to join our growing finance in the Contour Software, Karachi Office. It is an important supportive role. The successful candidate should be able to accurately allocate, and reconcile customer payments, ensuring timely and correct application of cash receipts. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking along with effective communication and collaboration with internal teams are key. What you'll be doing:

Apply incoming payment (from various sources) to the customer accounts in multiple accounting systems.

Reconcile daily cash activity to bank/processor reports; prepare and post GL cash-receipt entries.

Enter GL payments as required from cash receipts.

Maintain internal filing system online and in house filing cabinets.

Assistance with Ad Hoc requests such as information for audits

Assist other collections team members, as and when needed, to collect outstanding payments from customers.

Periodic reconciliation of customer accounts; collaborate with internal teams to clear aged items and obtain remittances

Post approved credits on customer accounts

Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

What we're looking for:

Finalist or part qualified Professional qualification (ACCA / ICAP or ICMA), post-secondary education with a focus on business /accounting or equivalent work experience.

2+ years in cash application/AR; strong Excel (lookups, pivots), attention to detail, and ownership mindset

Familiarity with Dynamics 365 (F&O) or Great Plains is an asset. (GAAP/IFRS exposure a plus.)

Clear written/verbal English; ability to handle volume, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally.

Ability to handle multiple assignments, work effectively under pressure and work well in a team environment.
