Cash & Carry Sales Officer

Gujranwala, Pakistan

The Cash & Carry Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales at the company’s retail outlet by engaging walk-in customers, promoting furniture products, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strong customer-focused approach and effective communication skills to enhance the retail shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the Cash & Carry outlet.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture products.
  • Present features, benefits, and specifications of products to customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by management.
  • Ensure proper display, arrangement, and cleanliness of showroom products.
  • Provide price quotations, process sales invoices, and handle cash/receipts as required.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Manage customer queries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update outlet sales reports.
  • Stay updated on promotions, discounts, and new product arrivals to inform customers.
  • Assist in stock checks, inventory management, and daily outlet reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, sales procedures, and retail standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Graduation preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in retail sales (furniture, appliances, or consumer goods preferred).
  • Strong customer service and selling skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and POS/ERP systems.
  • Presentable, energetic, and target-driven personality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
