Cash Management Specialist

Play Forwarding is a growing logistics and business solutions company committed to efficiency, accuracy, and financial discipline. As we continue to expand our operations in Qatar, we are seeking a detail-oriented Cash Management Specialist to join our finance team in Al Wakrah.

Position Overview
The Cash Management Specialist will be responsible for overseeing daily cash flow activities, ensuring liquidity stability, and optimizing cash utilization across the organization. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of cash operations and treasury processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash flow positions and ensure adequate liquidity for operations
• Manage incoming and outgoing cash transactions with accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and liquidity reports
• Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Support payment processing and ensure proper cash allocation
• Analyze cash usage trends and recommend optimization strategies
• Assist in managing banking relationships and account activities
• Support month-end and year-end closing related to cash management
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
• Collaborate with finance teams to improve cash handling processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in cash management, treasury, or finance roles
• Strong understanding of cash flow management and banking operations
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
